Kitchen Assistance (Mandarin Speaker Needed)

• Prefer Mandarin Speaker
• Able to work at Sunway Velocity

• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin
• Candidates must possess at least SPM
• Experience in chicken rice stall work is an advantage (such as chopping chicken, wok cooking, food preparation, and dish arrangement)
• Fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided)
• Candidates who have studied Chinese cuisine or apprenticeship programs are also welcome

• Ingredient Preparation (Mise en Place)
• Wash, cut, peel, marinate, and chop meat as part of basic preparation work.
• Prepare daily ingredients in advance according to the chef's requirements.
• Assist with portioning, seasoning, weighing, and organizing ingredients to ensure efficient food service.

• Wash pots, pans, dishes, knives, chopping boards, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep workstations clean and tidy to prevent cross-contamination.
• Regularly clean refrigerators, floors, exhaust fans, and range hoods to maintain hygiene standards.

• Support the chef during peak hours with simple tasks such as stir-frying, plating, or preparing side dishes.
• Respond quickly to the head chef's instructions to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

• Proper handling and management of kitchen tools and equipment.

• Follow kitchen safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
