- Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all patrons.
- Exhibit strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, enabling effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals and maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Display problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth service operations during peak hours.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of service, from order taking to table presentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur.
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems and providing recommendations based on menu knowledge.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards, maintaining quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, service stations, and kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service, assisting with tasks such as setting tables, bussing tables, and restocking supplies.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance, and performance standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down service stations, cleaning equipment, and securing the premises.
