- Proficient in Mandarin and English (Speaking & Reading).
- Education: Diploma or above in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles preferred. Fresh graduates with exceptional qualities may be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
- Must be well-groomed, presentable, and aligned with corporate image standards.
- Candidates with a background in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or Customer Service and relevant working experience will be prioritized.
- Warmly receive and guide visitors, conduct basic identity verification, and ensure timely notification to employees.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services; assist with document dispatch and registration.
- Handle meeting room bookings and ensure all facilities are clean and functional before and after use.
- Conduct regular cleanliness and grooming inspections for public areas and staff according to company standards.
- Support VIP and business client receptions, including refreshments, meeting coordination, and logistics.
- Assist with planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Maintain inventory and procurement of office supplies; organize documentation and provide admin support.
- Complete other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company.
