What You Do Guide the administrative team to manage CRO's calendar, prioritizing meetings and commitments aligned with strategic objectives. Act as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper, managing communications and ensuring timely follow-up on key issues. Coordinate preparation of materials for meetings, presentations, and reports related to risk management activities. Serve as the primary point of contact between the CRO and internal/external stakeholders. Lead and track progress on special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the CRO, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Monitor and report on key risk management metrics and initiatives as requested. Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Who You Are Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum 5 years' experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in risk management, finance, or regulated industries. Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, regulatory environments, and corporate governance. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft executive-level documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects with minimal supervision. High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism.
