- Oversee and guide the execution of business strategies, company development initiatives, and growth plans.
- Build and lead a high-performing, competent management team.
- Manage overall business operations to drive desired outcomes and meet company KPIs.
- Remain aware of competitive dynamics, industry updates, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Maintain a sustainable safety culture throughout the organization.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks and growth opportunities, ensuring the business pipeline supports revenue, profit, and market expansion targets.
- Establish strategic objectives and company direction with a focus on clarity and measurable outcomes.
- Accountable to the Exco Committee for the company’s overall performance and development in accordance with agreed KPIs.
- Manage all fiscal operations of the company, including budget planning, financial reporting, and audits.
- Oversee the filing of legal and regulatory documents and monitor ongoing compliance with relevant laws.
- Maintain leadership’s ongoing awareness of the competitive landscape, market opportunities, customer base, and evolving industry standards.
- Execute any other assignments or responsibilities as directed from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in a senior management role in related industries.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks, philosophies, policies, and general management practices.
- Broad business knowledge with familiarity across key functions such as marketing, sales, finance, and project management.
- Solid grasp of risk management principles and practices in accordance with ISO 31000.
- Financial management knowledge, including general management principles and techniques.
- Commercially driven with strong business acumen and Profit & Loss (P&L) experience, coupled with relevant technical knowledge.
- Understanding of human resource practices and effective personnel management.
- Result oriented, demonstrates organizational capability and professional expertise.
- Excellent management and interpersonal communication skills.
- Innovative thinker with the ability to identify opportunities beyond conventional approaches.
- Proven ability to accelerate business growth efficiently and effectively.
