Job Responsibility Drive sales and business development for occupational health and safety products range: Aviation tools, rivets, drills, grinders , abrasives, tapes & adhesives , Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs); Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities to establish & cultivate strong business relationship with customers; Manage and expand product range and usage in the assigned territory for sales growth; Serve as technical advisor to customers, offering solutions tailored to their specific needs and requirements; Conduct in-depth product demonstration, training and presentation to help customers discover and understand products/services and benefits; Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and post-sale support; Evaluate client application requirements and provide solutions; Responsible for new accounts & new product development as well as maintaining existing customers; Conduct regular visits/meetings with customers and attend verbal & written inquiries; Meet or exceed established sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis; Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations to stay informed and adjust sales strategies; Attend trade shows, industry events and customer meetings to expand the customer base and keep up-to-date with industry trends; Prepare & submit quotes, proposals, tenders or any technical documentation including monthly business review reports & other management reports that are required. Job Requirements Preferably with a Diploma or Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or related technical field 3 years experience in sales /business development preferably in the Automotive / Aerospace industries or Electrical and Electronics Industry. Excellent communication negotiation interpersonal and sales skills; Ability to explain technical product details and benefits to both technical and non-technical customers; Highly motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets; A proactive and customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills; Aggressive highly independent able to work under minimal supervision & self-organized. Any working experience in the areas of occupational health & safety would be an advantage.
