- Preferably with a Diploma or Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- 3 years experience in sales /business development preferably in the Automotive / Aerospace industries or Electrical and Electronics Industry.
- Excellent communication negotiation interpersonal and sales skills;
- Ability to explain technical product details and benefits to both technical and non-technical customers;
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets;
- A proactive and customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills;
- Aggressive highly independent able to work under minimal supervision & self-organized.
- Any working experience in the areas of occupational health & safety would be an advantage.
- Drive sales and business development for occupational health and safety products range: Aviation tools, rivets, drills, grinders , abrasives, tapes & adhesives , Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs);
- Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities to establish & cultivate strong business relationship with customers;
- Manage and expand product range and usage in the assigned territory for sales growth;
- Serve as technical advisor to customers, offering solutions tailored to their specific needs and requirements;
- Conduct in-depth product demonstration, training and presentation to help customers discover and understand products/services and benefits;
- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and post-sale support;
- Evaluate client application requirements and provide solutions;
- Responsible for new accounts & new product development as well as maintaining existing customers;
- Conduct regular visits/meetings with customers and attend verbal & written inquiries;
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis;
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations to stay informed and adjust sales strategies;
- Attend trade shows, industry events and customer meetings to expand the customer base and keep up-to-date with industry trends;
- Prepare & submit quotes, proposals, tenders or any technical documentation including monthly business review reports & other management reports that are required.
