Senior Financial Controller

• Identify the key business initiatives, key result areas and improve the financial performance of the Group.
• Manage the financial system of the Group to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency in responding to the needs of the business.
• Coordinate the preparation and compile the budgets based on projected operating costs, targeted sources and application of funds.
• Summarize budget trends, analyzing deficiencies and reporting variances to executives.
• Monitor cash flow projection and perform monthly planning for the Group.
• Manage high-level financial relations with institutions, banks and agents.
• Supervise and manage the work of subordinates within the finance function and ensure the efficiency and timeliness of services rendered.
• Review group financial statements, group consolidation and quarterly announcements to ensure they are prepared accurately and in compliance with statutory listing requirements.
• Report financial data and statistics with constructive commentary on growth, financial strengths and weaknesses versus market performance to facilitate decision-making of the Board.
• Perform other related duties to benefit the mission of the organisation.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance.
• Minimum five (5) years of working experience in Financial Controller role on management level in relevant field.
• Preferably a chartered accountant and/or candidate who possess professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / ICAEW / MICPA etc.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
