Finance / Investment Data Process Lead Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Finance / Investment Data Process Lead to design, implement, and optimize data solutions for our transformation program. This role is central to strengthening the risk and control environment of Finance processes, improving operational efficiency, and advancing our investment data management capabilities. About the Program We aims to build a sustainable growth platform by modernizing our operating model and technology landscape. As part of this, we are reengineering Finance processes using advanced data management techniques to ensure effective and consistent operations in a Business-As-Usual (BAU) environment. Key Responsibilities Map and document current investment data flows, ownership, and system interactions across custodians, fund managers, and internal Finance teams. Define future-state best practices for investment data integration, processing, and control. Create process maps, data lineage documentation, and reference materials to improve transparency and alignment. Identify, define, and govern key data elements (e.g., NAV, position data, valuation inputs). Partner with Enterprise Data teams to ensure compliance with group data governance standards. Establish ongoing monitoring, quality checks, and dashboards to track data accuracy and timeliness. Drive continuous improvement in investment data processes through stakeholder engagement and structured feedback loops. What We're Looking For 5-8 years' experience as a data-focused business analyst in investment, asset management, or insurance. Strong knowledge of investment operations, asset classes, and metrics such as NAV, AUM, holdings, and transactions. Proven ability to map current-state data processes and design future-state solutions. Skilled in engaging cross-functional stakeholders, running workshops, and translating requirements into actionable roadmaps. Familiarity with investment systems or data providers (e.g., Bloomberg, Eagle, SimCorp, custodial feeds) is an advantage. Experience in data governance, control frameworks, and ownership models. Knowledge of securities and global investment products, including equities, bonds, derivatives, and structured products. Experience in multinational environments preferred. Show more Show less
