
Senior Business Analyst - Account Management Operations

- Lead a small team within the Account Management Operations function, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Drive, collaborate and support the Planning Dialogue in accordance to the Allianz standards and requirements.
- Oversee the facilitation and tracking of accounts receivables, including aging analysis and monthly reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with operating entity (OE) service contracts, maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Supervise and validate quotes for invoicing, ensuring alignment with OE Budget and Planning Dialogue values.
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency across the account management scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance workflow effectiveness.
- Collaborate with OE stakeholders and drive Account aging, Disputes resolutions and Contracting execution aligned with Account Management Lead/s.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, dashboards, and reports to support transparency and stakeholder engagement.
- Invoice: Validate E-quotes and alignment for invoicing to customer.
- Disputes: Own, manage and negotiate dispute resolutions with key internal/ external stakeholders. Including reporting.
- Contracting: Scope and execute contracting workflow with customers and ensure execution. Close all contractual gaps. Weekly status reporting for Account Managers & Stakeholders.
- Collections: Drive and facilitate collection discussions with key internal/ external stakeholders.
- Budgeting: Contribute and support Account Manager to drive the annual PD process and dialogue with customer and internal stakeholders.
- OE reports: Ensure/ support the generation of reports aligned with both customer and Account Manager expectations.
- Coaching & mentoring: Ability to guide and develop a high-performing team.
- Analytical Thinking: Skilled in interpreting complex data and identifying actionable insights.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrates creativity and tenacity in resolving operational challenges.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or account management operations, with at least 2 years in a senior or team lead role.
- Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable management and contract compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative and resourceful approach.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and budget alignment processes.
