Solar Deign Manager

• Manage the whole Solar PV system and electrical design process, including site evaluation, drawings, and technical proposals.

• Manage a group of engineers and designers.

• Upholding technical norms and design concepts to ensure outstanding performance, security, and creativity in programs.

• Be involved in the investigation and growth of innovative renewable energy technology.

• Create a solar PV system design, such as an electricity and control circuit chart, switchboard, control panel, and connect routing schedule.

• Perform a website examine to ensure an affordable and compliant renewable energy system for customers.

• Provide technical advice based on site conditions.

• Collaborate with Sales, Project, Quantity Surveyor, Procurement, and Licensing teams to guarantee timely completion of the project.

• Candidates must hold a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering (Major in Power) or equivalent.

• At least ten years of relevant job experience.

• Experience in the solar energy industry will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in Autocad/Google Sketchup is required.

• Experience with alternative solar design tools (PVsyst/Helioscope) is an advantage.

• Proven engineering leadership experience in design and management domains.

• Capable of meeting deadlines under tight schedules.

• Demonstrates independence, initiative, responsibility, and commitment.

• Have own transportation and willing to travel.
