RoleDuties & Responsibilities1. Leading cross functional teams on all new product development -brief, ideation, exploration, specs finalization 2. Develop product pricing strategy and liaise with internal departments in vendor negotiation in procuring raw materials, creating instore display standard, advertising, and monthly promotional plan. 3. Work with operations / COE on training development, SOP creationand manual in relations to beverage making. 4. Participate in store layout planning committee for beverage section to ensure efficient process flow and maximised customer experience. 5. Track and manage P&L of beverage category including beverages related sales and promotion, product development projects, BOM setting and wastages. Regularly report development status, postmortem report and make recommendations for action. 6. Bi-weekly store travel to outlets to get feedback on new products, SOP and engage with customer to gain insights for future developments. Perform market research on beverage trend and competitor analysis. 7. Conduct internal panellist product presentation & management product testing for product approval. 8. Assist in any adhoc task assigned from time to time. Job Requirements1. Min 1 year(s) of working experience in retail / FMCG / food service industry. Experience leading new product development and leading cross functional teams. 2. Excellent project management and organizational skills. 3. Strong creative and technical orientation, able to both identify and imagine the possibilities and bring compelling, safe, high quality beverages to market
