- Ensures that the branch meets all our customers' needs in accordance with the Sales and Aftersales CSI targets.
- Responsible for the overall performance of the branch in the sales and profitability
- Ensures that the branch meets its overall business turnover, PBIT and ROAIC targets.
- Expand the branch business.
- Plan business strategies which aligned to the company mission and vision.
- Oversee and guide the developed plans and annual sales / expenses budget in line with overall Company's budget.
- Oversee and guide the HODs' in implementing programs set by the Management to achieve desired objectives and goals in both aftersales and sales as well as meet the KPIs set.
- Setting up adequate control measures in sales and aftersales process to ensure compliance towards company/government policy and business ethics.
- Manages the team to meet customers' requirements and ensures that the customers have a good experience with us.
- Ensure the team provide a premium customers experience to all of our customers.
- Coach and motivate the HODs' to ensure perform in a quality, speed and passion manner in order to further improve the Productivity of the branch as the whole.
- Create a comfortable and productive working environment for all staff.
- Plan the manpower requirements, select and recruit the right personnel for the branch.
- Adhere strictly and implement accordingly the company's accounting policies pertaining to discount structure, claims, cash transactions etc. SOP from finance side.
- Monitor the automotive industry, analyze forecast business segment and deliver market share, sales volume and profitability.
- Train, coach, counsel and motivate the team to acquire the necessary skills in dealing with the fast changing business environment and achieving the desired results within budgeted expenses.
- Identify and initiate development programs to raise the quality and productivity of the all employees.
- Develop a succession plan for own self and also the team.
- Degree holder in relevant field
- 10 years experience in automotive
- Experience in managing and leading a team
- Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills
