Job Description: Dealer Sales and Network Manager will represent the company to Dealership Principal and its Dealership officers in driving the achievement of Dealership targets across the designated district by activating relevant events, engagement, networking opportunities, and relevant activities to get prospect clients/partners as well as build meaningful professional relationships with existing clients/ dealership partners. Conduct competitor's showroom checking to see if our dealership's promotions are actively competitive. Check competitors' roadshows to define edge from dealership's offering. Align with dealer principals for wholesales order updates. Consolidate daily dealers' reports received to determine daily trends and actions to be taken for respective dealer. Provide local market updates to Distributor sales and marketing team. Provide data analysis of purchase trends and vehicle movements at dealerships. Coordination with internal departments regarding monthly promotions and daily delivery schedules to support the district requirements. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree/ University Degree in any business discipline or equivalent experience Strong and confident communication skills, business presentation skills and analytical skills. With at least 5 years related experience in a management capacity handling Dealership Sales for multiple locations. Team player and can positively influence business partners to drive for success.
