Description We are seeking an experienced Test Manager / Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance processes and will be responsible for leading the QA team to ensure the highest quality of software deliverables. Responsibilities Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes. Manage and lead the QA team to ensure quality standards are met. Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Analyze testing results and provide feedback to development teams. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Identify areas for process improvement within the QA lifecycle. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Skills and Qualifications 6-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Management. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC). Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
