Role Overview As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will play a crucial role in defining and refining our testing processes to ensure fast and accurate qualitative and functional testing. You will provide personal support, mentoring, and professional development for our QA testers, fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Testing Processes: Define and optimize testing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Mentorship: Provide support and professional development for QA testers. Vendor Management: Oversee and assist with the appointment of testing vendors. Recruitment: Assist in recruiting additional QA testers to expand our team. Team Capacity: Review team capacity in relation to project scope. Collaboration: Stay updated with changes from the Development team and maintain good communication with all team members. Workflow Development: Develop and maintain test workflows focused on project efficiency and application quality. Smoke Tests: Develop, optimize, and complete smoke tests to ensure usability. Test Cases: Propose, develop, and execute test cases with a focus on efficiency and quality. Documentation: Create and maintain relevant documentation to support development and testing. Prioritization: Autonomously prioritize work based on project needs and clarify requirements with team members. Strategy: Generate and present testing strategies and participate in their enactment. Risk Management: Raise and mitigate project issues and risks. Support: Assist Development, Production, and Publishing teams with specific requests. Best Practices: Advocate for best practices, maintain high standards, and set an example for the QA team. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in line management and as a team leader. Experience in the software development life cycle for mobile applications. Proficient in bug base management using tools like JIRA and ADO. Familiarity with Microsoft 360 tools and Google tools. Proficient in test management tools such as JIRA XRAY, ADO, and TestRail. Knowledgeable about Agile and Scrum methodologies. Passionate about gaming and committed to maintaining quality standards.
