
Social Media and Influencer Manager

- Develop and lead an integrated social media strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and audience growth.
- Manage and mentor the social media team in content planning, copywriting, platform execution, and community management.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, CRM, etc.) to support cross-channel campaigns and initiatives.
- Drive the KOL/influencer marketing strategy, including sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.
- Analyze campaign results and platform analytics to optimize content performance and influencer ROI.
- Manage relationships with external creative agencies, media partners, and KOL platforms.
- Ensure all digital content aligns with the Watsons brand voice, tone, and visual standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn) and their analytics tools.
- Proven experience in developing social media content calendars, brand campaigns, and influencer programs.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand copy.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills; familiarity with design tools or working with creative teams is a plus.
- Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented with a passion for digital engagement.
