This is a strategic and impactful role that will be responsible for executing and enhancing the company's global sourcing and procurement strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong supplier management experience, solid negotiation capabilities, and a track record of achieving cost optimization and value creation across the supply base. Responsibilities Sourcing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and supplier performance. Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to drive collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and agreements. Manage contracts effectively to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. Basic Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus. Proven experience (5-10 years) in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in a global organization.
