2 Adherence to safety, health, hygiene and environmental measures in compliance with procedure by ensuring all production activity complies with all Biocon corporate quality and
safety standards and local regulatory requirements as per cGMP and EHS, which includes but not limited to:
- Adhere proper work attire during running operation activities.
- Maintain good personal hygiene.
- Cleaning and sanitation of work area and equipment.
- Ensure of product integrity.
4 Execute the cleaning, change-over and operation in compliance with the latest version of Annexure, BMR, BPR, DR, SOP's, EOP's, and LCC/ECC's for all pen assembly operations.
5 Ensure the schedule requirements in place for smooth production flow. Monitors and reports daily, weekly and monthly line output and compliance to production schedule.
Adherence to the shift schedule or report for any change in schedule.
6 Reviews and checks the availability of materials needed before start of any operation. Starts line operation only if materials are as per intended batch record and approved.
7 Ensure the correctness and accuracy of the data to all the batch records, status labels, checklist, logbooks and other document related to pen assembly activity.
8 Ensure data integrity in good documentation practices is strictly adhere. Especially on ALCOA (Attributable, legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate)
9 Ability to adhere and carry-out activities under general directions or according to CGMP & EHS.
10 Co-create the peers by conducting training internally and coaching for team members on the skill matrix.
11 Responsible for reporting any kind of illness or any abnormal health condition to immediate supervisors so that appropriate action can be taken.Key Responsibilities1 Ensure adhere the disputed shift schedule and fulfilled the attendance for the operation activities. Get approval prior taking and off from shift leader/Supervisor.
