- Strategic Growth & Market Penetration: Execute business development strategies aimed at increasing market share, with a core focus on new client acquisition, IB recruitment, and partner onboarding.
- Hunting New Business: Proactively source and engage new IBs, affiliates, partners, and retail clients. Build a strong pipeline, manage conversion cycles, and meet defined revenue targets.
- Farming Existing Portfolios: Develop long-term relationships with existing clients and partners, driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth through enhanced service and upsell opportunities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with financial institutions, trading educators, fintech communities, and affiliate partners to strengthen brand reach and expand client acquisition channels.
- Revenue Generation & Forecasting: Maintain ownership of personal revenue targets and contribute to regional business goals through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and cost-efficiency.
- Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing teams to deliver regionally tailored campaigns, promotions, and client engagement initiatives that support acquisition and retention objectives.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all business development activities are aligned with regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, client feedback, and market trends to continuously refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and professional forums to enhance visibility and credibility in the market.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles within the FX & CFDs brokerage industry.
- Proven track record in client acquisition (hunting) and portfolio growth (farming).
- Familiarity with trading platforms (MT4/MT5), financial products, and regional regulatory frameworks.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, performance-driven, and able to work independently to meet targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to speak fluent English is a MUST.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in languages relevant to target markets.
