Position Summary: As a Test Analyst , you will be responsible for overseeing or executing the testing process to ensure the quality and functionality of project deliverables. The ideal candidate should have a passion for quality assurance, excellent coordination skills, and strong attention to detail. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around defining test strategies, managing defect life cycles, supporting UAT execution, and ensuring timely test completion. Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret business and functional requirement documents (BRS/SRS/FRS). Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases. Collaborate with developers to write and execute unit/integration tests. Create and maintain system-level test scripts. Document test outcomes and raise defects for discrepancies between expected and actual results. Actively participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and UAT phases. Required Skills & Qualifications Domain Knowledge Experience in at least one of the following domains is required: Capital Markets, Retail/Commercial Banking, eBanking/Electronic Payments, Risk, Compliance, Life Insurance. Languages Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is mandatory . General Experience Strong experience in end-to-end UAT management . Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and results-oriented mindset. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex organization. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
