Job Responsiblities : Meet and greet customers Assigning customers to available executives Attending to telephone calls & enquiries Monitor selected activities e.g test drive and demo car movement Updating database Preparation of reports and related documents Assist in CSI and CRM activities Assist in administrative duties Your Profile : Minimum Certificate or Diploma in any discipline preferably in Hospitality/ Hotel Management or similar disciplines Possess some working experience in front-line (Front-desk/ Customer facing) ie from retail or hotel industries preferred.
