- Manage and maintain facility systems to ensure efficient operations and minimal downtime.
- Oversee operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Manage and maintain fire fighting systems and coordinate safety drills.
- Supervise DI water plant operations and maintenance.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility repairs and upgrades.
- Monitor compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the facility.
- Identify opportunities for energy savings and sustainability improvements.
- Prepare and manage budgets related to facility maintenance and projects.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing teams as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of facility activities and equipment performance.
- Minimum 5 years experience in utilities and facility management within FMCG or process manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment plants, fire fighting systems, DI water treatment, compressors, HVAC systems, and electrical substations.
- Proven experience in preventive maintenance planning and execution for utility systems.
- Familiarity with safety standards and environmental regulations related to utilities.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
