- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fresh fruits
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly shopping environment
- Handle customer inquiries and recommend suitable products
- Take and process orders accurately, including phone and online orders
- Prepare fruit samples for customers to taste
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
- Restock fruits and ensure proper product display
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store
- Assist in stock inventory and report low-stock items
- Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns
- Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Passion for fresh fruits and healthy living
- Prior retail or sales experience is an advantage but not required
