- Prepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly sales reports across multiple countries.
- Analyze key metrics, highlight forecast variances, and track price changes.
- Lead regional sales budget planning and forecasting processes.
- Maintain and harmonize sales data in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Manage sales pipeline with regional directors and monitor top sales opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and report on regional market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within a multinational or manufacturing/distribution environment; fresh graduates with strong analytical skills may be considered.
- Experience working across multiple Asia Pacific countries.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across cultures and time zones.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of an Asian language is a plus.
