- Combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the sports retail landscape.
- Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners to maximize sales and brand performance.
- Develop and execute account strategies, seasonal plans, and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and merchandising to ensure seamless execution.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and trade agreements with retail partners.
- Monitor retail performance and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
- At least 6-8 years of proven experience in key account management or retail sales within the sports, lifestyle, or FMCG industry.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
