- Lead and motivate a team of clinical staff, including administrative personnel, and support staff
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance standards, and licensing requirements
- Develop and manage the branch budget, including expense control and revenue forecasting
- Prepare regular reports on sales, operations, and financial performance

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration , business management, or a related field
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in healthcare operations management
- Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and accreditation requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, clinic management software CxSYS(advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Budgeting and financial management skills
