Job Responsibilities Drafting, reviewing and revising various contracts independently. Identifying and analyzing legal issues, proposing solutions within minimal guidance. Supporting compliance with statutory requirements for both local and branch companies. Assisting in implementing corporate governance and compliance policies. Providing basic training sessions and disseminating compliance information to employees. Working closely with legal teams in HQ and Regional office to ensure legal standards are met.
