- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Prior experience in administrative support roles is an advantage but not mandatory; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
- Handle data entry tasks with precision and speed, maintaining data integrity across various systems.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, optimizing time management for team members.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
