  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Prior experience in administrative support roles is an advantage but not mandatory; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
  • Handle data entry tasks with precision and speed, maintaining data integrity across various systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, optimizing time management for team members.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality for all staff members.
