  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
  • Proficiency in English
  • Computer skills - using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
  • Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to navigate and use AI tools
ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support
  • Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings, take dictation and accurate minutes, and follow up on assigned action items.
  • Assist in drafting and preparing letters, memos, emails, presentations, reports, and briefs.
  • Manage appointments, travel arrangements, VISA applications, and business itineraries.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and handle general correspondence on behalf of the Director.
  • Handle personal, private, and confidential matters for the Director and/or immediate family members as instructed.
  • Liaise with internal departments on behalf of the Director for follow-ups and coordination.
Office Management
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels and maintenance.
  • Research and liaise with vendors to obtain advantageous deals or suppliers.
  • Maintain proper documentation and an efficient filing system (both physical and digital).
  • Oversee office petty cash and assist in basic expense tracking.
  • Organize workload, set priorities, and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
Other Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities when needed.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments or administrative tasks as required by the Director or management
