Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
  • Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls at a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintain long distance call logs.
  • Take and distribute accurate messages.
  • Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit; issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs; alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department or employee.
  • Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources, for example on the organization’s location, hours of operation, phone numbers, or email address.
  • May also perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. • Willing to relocate to the job location.When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent for us to keep or store your information in our database.
