Our deep integration with Airasia’s network and infrastructure puts us in a unique position to achieve what sounds impossible, and we need you to bring this to a reality.We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the Project Management Office (PMO) to coordinate a number of related projects of different sizes that make up a strategic portfolio program to meet the organization’s strategic goals.SALARY RANGE:OVERVIEW OF THE ROLEThe Program Manager (PM) will define, document, communicate and implement the structure and governance of project management in Teleport. Project management structure has to reflect appropriately different sizes and complexities; time: on-going / long / short time projects; and, between strategic or tactical, for efficiency and scale. This may range from a “Just-do-it”, Agile, to well structured PMI style projects for complex long term and for the program.The PM will work to integrate related projects or workstreams, grouping them into strategic portfolios and communicating the vision for the programs. The PM guides and helps team members and project managers in executing each project, which may include several areas; He/She facilitates, involves stakeholders to remove roadblocks and make team members collaborate with each other for meeting the program’s strategic goals. The PM ensures all of that work aligns with the organization’s overall goals and it’s responsible for all program-level strategic planning. He/She also devises new programs that support the organization’s strategic objectives.The success of the PM is to deliver the multiple projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with the organization overall goals, therefore the PM will engage to gain comprehensive understanding of the projects in execution.A DAY IN A LIFEAs a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:Develop and implement strategy for the programs and lead creation of the s - the main on-going active program in Teleport is to build operation capabilities for a reliable logistics next day serviceOversee all activities and projects associated with the program to ensure the program achieves its goalsIdentify and understand program objectives, manage deliverables and timelines, form the project and program teams to achieve program objectivesCoordinate interdependent projects that are part of the program, and communicate with project managers. Help to ensure collaboration among project teamsDocument the program, measure and monitor projects and programs key performance indicators. Resolve problems and delays in the program, manage program risk and coordinate corrective measures.Work with other departments to manage program budget and resources across all projects within the programIdentify and manage program adherence to standards and governanceManage stakeholder communications, meet and report on program performance to executive team and organization leadersDeputy the head of operations in meetings and communications about the program and on assigned tasksMay be assigned to support on resolution and coordination of specific day-of-operation problemsSKILLSThese are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:Comprehensive knowledge of formal project management (eg. PMI) with advanced and extensive experience which will be required to keep track and governance of the Program Strategic Portfolios.
