Job Description Our client is a fast-scaling, science-based company developing nanotechnology-driven wellness and hygiene solutions, including nutraceutical textiles and redefinition of hygienics. The Operations Manager will build and lead core operations functions - from supply chain and logistics to regulatory systems and manufacturing scale-up - working closely with scientists, legal teams, and future commercial hubs in Southeast Asia and Europe. Job Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end supply chain and operations systems: procurement, stock control, customs coordination, and production workflows Support regulatory compliance, patent documentation, and collaboration with government/regulatory bodies Manage contract manufacturers, suppliers, and academic R&D partners Build and lead internal admin and ops support teams Contribute to long-term expansion planning, including manufacturing site setups and new international market launches, with an added advantage for candidates who have exposure to counter-positioning strategy execution. Align product development and production with R&D and pre-sales teams Job Requirements At least 5-10 years in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing (biotech, health tech, FMCG, or innovation-driven industries) Strong systems-thinking and ability to build from scratch Exposure to regulatory frameworks, patent/IP processes, and scientific documentation High intellectual agility - able to engage with microbiology and biotech fundamentals Preferred: Former consultants who have transitioned into hands-on operational roles, or candidates from other fields with a proven track record of scaling businesses and optimizing processes.
