Job Descriptions: Perform Regular Inspections of Equipment and Scheduling of Maintenance Repairs. Coordinate work of subordinates and provide guidance. Able to read Auto Cad drawings. Maintaining various M & E Equipment on company sites. Maintaining and repairing minor faults on the air-conditioning systems (FCU, AHU, Chillers, Split Air-conditioning Units) Diagnosing all minor Mechanical and Electrical faults for HVAC system. Ability to asses and repair leaks on the building's roof structure. Trouble shoot and repair the building's cold water and plumbing systems. Prepare reports and compiling data on work done for Manager's review. Ability to do minor civil and structural repair works on buildings. Maintain cost control on all work done. Monitor 3rd party contractors work. To follow up with reports to stakeholders upon work completion. Job Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering with at least 7 years working experience in related field. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Good command in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
