Job Descriptions: Perform Regular Inspections of Equipment and Scheduling of Maintenance Repairs. To be able to read and Interpret Technical Drawings and Blueprints. Ability to maintain the various M & E equipment on all company sites. Troubleshoot the fault reported on the air-conditioning systems (FCU, AHU, Chillers, Split Air-conditioning Units) To be able to diagnose Minor Electrical Faults for LV & HV Systems. The ability to asses and repair leaks on the building's roof structure. Trouble shoot and repair the building's cold water and plumbing systems. Ability to do minor civil and structural repair works on buildings. To monitor 3rd Party contractors' work and to follow up with reports upon work completion. Job Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering with at least 3 years working experience OR Technical/ Vocational school qualification with 5 years working experience. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Good command in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
