Project Manager

• Coordinate the property management of the project, including the operation and maintenance of equipment within the scope of FE duties, on-site engineering management and safety management.
• Be responsible for the property management of the whole project.
• Be responsible for establishing and perfecting the property management system, facility management system and project management system.
• Stimulate the working potential of property project personnel, promote the improvement of property management, and establish a learning property management team.
• Be responsible to the superior and FE regional management personnel, and complete the tasks assigned by regional FE management personnel.

• Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, under 45 years old;
• More than 10 years of relevant professional work and working experience in the same position, and more than 100,000 square meters of factory park project management experience; At least 5 years working experience in power management in foreign enterprises is preferred, and at least 5 years experience in power facility system maintenance in large enterprises;
• Strong ability of organization and coordination, planning and execution, control, guidance and communication.
• Be able to comprehensively formulate preventive maintenance plans, energy-saving plans, engineering maintenance budgets and other work plans, and timely check and master the running status of equipment and facilities;
• Experience or knowledge of environmental health and safety (EHS) is preferred;
• Familiar with relevant national laws, regulations and business terms, and can understand drawings.
• Familiar with the principle, structure and maintenance methods of power facilities system (including water, electricity, steam, compressed air, vacuum, rotary dehumidifier, water treatment system, cooling and chilled water), as well as outstanding ability to deal with emergencies.
