Job description: Job Summary Responsible for planning, organizing, executing and implementing Marketing & Sales activities to achieve Business Plan goals. Key Responsibilities To devise and execute effective Marketing & Sales strategies to achieve project's Business Plan goals. To plan, coordinate and execute marketing and sales events such as sales launches, promotional activities, roadshow, exhibition etc to deliver sales target. To carry out market research and competitor analysis to supplement business decisions. To conduct target market analysis and leads profile to supplement business decisions. To coordinate inter/intra-department and external work flow in order to achieve timely completion of marketing deliverables. To administer and execute department guidelines and SOPs to ensure compliance. To assist on any other works relating to marketing & sales functions such as but not limited management reportings, liaison with agencies/suppliers/ solicitors/bankers/authorities, undertake necessary application or renewal of Developer's License (DL) and Advertisement & Sale Permit (AP),and others. Qualifications Candidate should possess a Bachelor&aposs Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Business Management, Business Administration or any other related field. Skills & Abilities Having good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese language would be an added advantage. Must be computer literate.
