- Review and enhance design plans to improve the quality and effectiveness of treatment delivery.
- Facilitate discussions between design teams and overseas orthodontists, providing expert guidance on complex cases.
- Integrate internal medical guidelines with the specific preferences of international clinicians, ensuring alignment and clarity in treatment approaches.
- Document and summarize cases to create reports that support continuous learning and professional development within the design team.
- Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Medical Director.
- Master’s degree or higher in Orthodontics with a valid professional certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in accredited dental clinics or institutions.
- Proficiency in computer operations, smart device usage, and logistics systems.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience working alongside international medical professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to think analytically, innovate, and communicate effectively while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to operate effectively in a global workplace.
- Willingness to work in designated locations and travel internationally for assignments.
