  • Shift rotation: Once a month (morning/evening)
  • One day off per week (scheduled)
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service experience preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to work both independently and in a team
  • Comfortable with hybrid work arrangement
  • Skills required: Communication Skills, Customer Support and Patience
Tanggungjawab
  • Provide real-time online support via chat tools (e.g., Live Chat) to answer user inquiries
  • Assist users in resolving issues and offer step-by-step guidance
  • Respond promptly to user messages to ensure they are not left waiting without assistance
  • Compile and report user needs and feedback to the team
  • Maintain a professional and friendly communication style to enhance user satisfaction
