- Lead, coach, and scale a regional team of Account Managers, ensuring client satisfaction and consistent revenue growth.
- Establish frameworks, KPIs, and performance standards to drive excellence in client servicing and commercial outcomes.
- Develop strategic account plans for key clients, aligning affiliate opportunities with business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end health of advertiser accounts — from onboarding and activation to growth and renewal.
- Identify and implement optimization strategies that scale affiliate performance and drive incremental revenue.
- Foster trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations.
- Collaborate with Affiliate Development, Product, Marketing, and other departments to ensure cohesive delivery of solutions.
- Act as the voice of the client internally, championing their needs in product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify untapped growth opportunities across sectors, geographies, and partnership models.
- Drive adoption of new products, features, and best practices to maximize client success.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, partnership management, or client success, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing teams across multiple markets or regions.
- Deep understanding of the performance marketing and eCommerce ecosystem in Southeast Asia.
- Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset; capable of balancing client goals with Involve Asia's growth objectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
