As a part of the company secretarial team at PwC, you will provide advice and support on corporate governance, secretarial compliance, and regulatory matters to facilitate effective decision-making and promote transparency within the organisation, utilising digital tools to increase efficiency. Your role will involve upholding client's legal and ethical standards. Responsibilities Support the Company Secretaries and Seniors with a portfolio of clients in relation to corporate secretarial annual compliance and advisory services to ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016, Constitution and any other relevant regulations. Assist with the set up and closure of different entity types. Attend board and members' meetings and prepare the relevant documents, including minutes writing. Maintenance of statutory records, including resolutions, minutes, returns and registers. Liaise with clients, authorities and/or third parties to ensure completion of work. Assist in other secretarial administration work from time to time. To efficiently collaborate with PwC counterpart in managing global client requests and standards, ensuring alignment and consistency throughout PwC&aposs operations. Requirements CGI (ICSA) qualification or currently pursuing MAICSA programme. At least 1 year in secretarial field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged. Possess a high degree of professionalism and integrity, ability to communicate with various levels of management and keen to work in consulting and client facing environment. Good command of oral and written English. Proactive, independent, meticulous. Ability to work under minimal supervision and tight deadlines.
