- Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Able to handle full-set accounts
- Familiarity with SQL Accounting System (must-have)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- Good communication skills and a positive can-do attitude
- Full set of accounts
- Handle daily accounting functions such as purchasing, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing and maintain accurate financial records
- Provide HR and administrative support including employee records, payroll assistance, and office coordination
- Prepare reports and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist with adhoc tasks as required
