Job Purpose You are responsible to plan and execute marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of general Takaful products under the Corporate In-house department and provide services with the agreed budget, business plans and strategies. Job Responsibilities You will develop, procure and service the in-house corporate client businesses in achieving financial budget set by the department. You will participate in the preparation of sales plans and campaigns, business plans and customer development plans and conduct sales presentations. You are responsible for the execution of operational plans and relevant tasks. You will cross sell wide a range of General Takaful products and services. You must communicate to clients closely to understand the customer's requirements and actively promote company's products and services to fulfill these requirements for new and renewal accounts. Job Requirements You must possess at least a Diploma or a bachelor's degree in business studies or its equivalent. You must have at least 2 - 3 Years of working experience in Sales & Marketing and Servicing the General Insurance / General Takaful Corporate Business. Having strong knowledge in general insurance / takaful products would be advantageous. You must possess strong business acumen, strong communication & problem-solving skills to enable further success in this role.
