Job Responsibility Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives, actively participating in meetings and training sessions. Conduct training sessions for sales staff and agents on company products, sales strategies, and new projects. Expand product knowledge, enhance service understanding, and develop strategies to improve sales. Recruit new Agents and coach existing Agents to achieve their sales targets. Assist in the recruitment process of sales staff under the Business Unit. Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. Monitor the progress of key projects, ensuring timely milestones achievement. Manage and lead sales teams to meet sales goals, overseeing all processes to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate with various departments, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless processes. Manage and oversee daily shipment activities, including tablet packing and courier arrangements. Design and deliver engaging presentations during events to promote our products. Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments. Assist in handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate superior. Job Requirements A bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field would be an advantage. Proven track record of successful business development and sales in the payment processing or related industry. Strong understanding of channel management and online payment solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Capable of analyzing sales data, market trends, and operational performance to make informed decisions. Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and handle unexpected challenges. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agents, vendors, and internal team members. Meticulous in handling sales contracts, operational documentation, and financial records. Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
