- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business unit objectives and targets, in alignment with company goals and values.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Drive business growth and expansion initiatives through market analysis, identifying opportunities, and developing innovative strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify risks and opportunities for the business unit.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational expenses to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Implement and maintain best practices in business processes, systems, and operations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all business activities.
- Represent the business unit at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, fostering relationships and promoting the company's brand and offerings.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on business unit performance, including key metrics, achievements, and challenges.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the business unit.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field;
- Proven experience as a Business Unit Manager or similar leadership role, with a minimum of [8] years in a relevant industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams to achieve success.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in driving business growth, expanding market share, and achieving financial targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
- Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, as required.
