This role requires extensive travel to various locations as needed to support and manage operations effectively. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of achieving business objectives, managing teams, and fostering growth in a dynamic environment.Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business unit objectives and targets, in alignment with company goals and values.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Drive business growth and expansion initiatives through market analysis, identifying opportunities, and developing innovative strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify risks and opportunities for the business unit.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational expenses to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in business processes, systems, and operations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all business activities.
  • Represent the business unit at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, fostering relationships and promoting the company's brand and offerings.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on business unit performance, including key metrics, achievements, and challenges.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the business unit.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field;
  • Proven experience as a Business Unit Manager or similar leadership role, with a minimum of [8] years in a relevant industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams to achieve success.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving business growth, expanding market share, and achieving financial targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, as required.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial principles, market dynamics, and industry trends.
