We welcome your interest and engagement.Responsibilities:

Provide expert support on corporate matters, including amongst others, governance, compliance, and commercial contracts.
Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Monitor regulatory changes impacting operations and recommend actions.

Develop internal policies, procedures, and training for compliance purposes.
Collaborate with external advisors on specialist areas.
Handle regulatory agency relationships and responses.

Conduct internal investigations and ensure corrective actions.
Stay updated on legal and industry trends through seminars and events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
3-5 years of Corporate Legal experience, ideally in law firms or professional services in Malaysia.
In-depth knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong in both English and Chinese languages.
