Position : Customer Service RepresentativeTenure: 1 year contract (Renewable Basis)Working Hour: 8 AM - 5 PMWorking Location: Damansara HeightSalary : RM 3,000Job DescriptioMake outbound call to existing and new customersIdentify customers' needs, clarify information, and offer suitable product / solution to customersFollow communication scripts when handling different topicsSend out e-mail communications to customers after each successful sign up or as and when requiredKeep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible wayPerform data entry and build customers databaseUnderstanding and striving to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer serviceMaking sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.Requirements & SkillMinimum Degree holdeExceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voiceCustomer focus and adaptability to different personality typesAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectivelyProficient with basic computers software i.e.: Microsoft Words & Microsoft Excel, and strong typing skills.Sub Specialization : Services;Customer Services
