We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our passionate team and help us maintain our commitment to excellence.Role Overview:As a Call Centre Executive (Night Shift), you will be an integral part of our customer service team, ensuring seamless communication and support for our clients. Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries and chats. Providing efficient solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of customer requests via inbound and outbound calls.
Address issues, questions, and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Utilize automated systems to efficiently gather and fulfill customer needs.
Proactively resolve issues and contribute to a positive team environment.
Ensure timely closure of all open cases by the end of the night shift.
Meet key performance metrics set.
Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and follow-through.
Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
Ensure regular and punctual attendance during the night shift.
Provide assistance with any additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
2-3 years of working experience as customer service is a plus point.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
High level of attention to details.
Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any tasks.
Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced and international environment
Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts including evenings, weekends &midnight shift.
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Applicants must be willing to work in office (Location: 1 Tech Park, Bandar Utama)
Ability to communicate with customers with a level of empathy.
Immediate availability is a plus point.
This role is not open for non-local.
