- Order Processing functions
- Handle sales orders processing, monitor and coordinate delivery with internal functional team
- Resolve all sales order discrepancies within department internally
- Maintain compliances to trade, terms and conditions policies
- Perform all tasks associated with proper and timely administration of open orders to meet contract obligations
- Follow up on orders' delivery shipment schedules and act as liaison person with other Customer Care functions and sales and technical team to assure timely and efficient administration of orders
- Execute internal process and audit requirements as required from Corporate
- A team player with positive attitude and a sense of urgency on priorities
- Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision
- Familiar with business contract execution process and related elements
- Experience with business operation system (Oracle) will be an added advantage
- Good communications and negotiation skills
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
