  • To plan, organize and follow up on day to day business enquiries.
  • To manage, monitor and develop additional business activities of Key Accounts.
  • Assist Section Head in fulfilling the requirements for the effective implementation of the MBL System.
  • Assist Section Head to maintain and develop the growth of Key Accounts.
  • Assist Section Head / Sales team follow up on business prospect.
  • Timeliness and accuracy on handling business inquiries as per Quality System KPI.
  • Build and foster collaboration with internal teams involved in service delivery.
  • Build and proactively manage trust relationships with Key Accounts.
  • Go beyond clients' core business to identify new opportunities.
  • Be abreast of SGS new products and services and propose them to customers as appropriate.
  • Assist on Debtors collection to meet DSO target.
  • Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when always carry out your responsibilities to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree from recognized university/college.
  • Minimum 1-5 years' experience.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Fluent in English and local language, high level of written and verbal in English.
